Terms of Use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms apply to your use of VRAMCalculator.net, its calculators, guides and public data files. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Estimates, not guarantees

All memory, speed and compatibility figures are estimates calculated from published model architectures, manufacturer specifications and the formulas on our methodology page. Real results depend on your runtime and its version, drivers, operating system, settings, other software using the GPU and the exact model file you download. Treat our figures as a planning guide. Check before you buy hardware or commit to a deployment, and do not rely on them where an error could cause harm.

2. No professional advice

Guides and comparisons reflect our analysis at the time of writing. They are general information, not purchasing, financial or professional advice. Prices, availability and software support change often.

3. Using our content and data

You may link to any page, quote individual figures, and use the public JSON files at /data/ for personal, research or commercial projects, as long as you credit VRAMCalculator.net with a link to the page or file you used. You may not copy whole pages or large parts of the site to republish them, present our data as your own, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Third-party names and links

Model, GPU and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any model developer or hardware maker. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Advertising

The site may display advertising from Google AdSense and other partners, as described in our privacy policy. Advertisers do not influence our figures or recommendations.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its figures, including hardware purchases or service costs.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
